Ideal Session Timing

• We strongly recommend scheduling your maternity shoot between 28 to 32 weeks of pregnancy. This is the ideal window when your baby bump is beautifully visible, and you’re likely to still feel comfortable.

Outdoor Sessions

• Interested in a session outdoors? We’re happy to customize an outdoor maternity package to suit your vision.
• Please contact us with location-specific choices, and we will tailor a package just for you.

Family Participation

• Immediate family (dad and kids) are welcome and included in all our packages.
• Extended family members can be included for an additional ₹1500 per person.

 

General Studio Policies

1.Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
• Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
• Post-production work will begin only after the full payment has been received.

2.Punctuality

• We kindly request you to arrive on time for your scheduled session to avoid unnecessary wait times or reduced session duration.

3.Editing & Retouching

• Our digital packages include premium image retouching, such as skin softening, figure refinement, and true-to-color editing to preserve the natural beauty of your moments.

4. Hair & Makeup

• Professional hair and makeup services are available upon request for an additional fee.

5. Styling Support

• We are happy to assist you with a color palette guide to help coordinate outfits for a cohesive and beautiful look.

6. Turnaround Time

• We aim to deliver your final edited images within three weeks of the session. In the rare case of unforeseen delays, we’ll keep you promptly informed.

 

Copyright , Usage & Privacy

• Lens of Life Photography retains copyright of all images.
• Clients are granted a personal-use license for sharing and printing
• Commercial use requires written consent or a separate licensing agreement
• Your photos may be used for studio portfolio and social media promotions. If you prefer to keep them private, please inform us in writing - we respect your wishes entirely.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• In the case of illness or emergencies, we will make every effort to accommodate a new date.
• Your story is one of a kind, and we’re honored to capture it with heart, laughter, and a whole lot of love.

Liability

• We take the utmost care in capturing and preserving your memories. However, in the rare event of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the return of session fees.
